People say that the eyes are the windows to the soul, but how much do you know about them? Another question: of your five senses, which one of them are you the most afraid of losing? If you’re like most people, the answer is your sight, in other words, your ability to see. Most people know that their risk of having a blinding eye disease increases with age. Despite this, many seniors are not conscientious about caring for their eyes and often neglect going to an optometrist for a routine eye exam. Most potentially blinding eye diseases if detected early, can be well managed. In fact, 80% of vision problems worldwide are avoidable or even curable.
Our modern state of the art equipment along with our highly trained Optometrists, Dr. Sean Karnani and Dr. Kara Lee and staff members will provide you, your family members and friends with the best vision, eyewear (glasses and contact lenses as needed) and eye care possible.
Vision also impacts the development of infants, one’s school performance, work performance and quality of life. Around 30% of the population is near sighted (need glasses to see far away clearly) while around 60% is far sighted (need glasses to see up close/read clearly). These percentages are also increasing generationally.
Be sure to have you and your loved ones eyes checked regularly to prevent/maintain clear and comfortable vision. If you have vision loss already, make sure that your eye condition(s) is(are) well managed!
We not only provide comprehensive Eye Exams, we also fit and sale glasses and contact lenses plus direct bill for most vision insurances. If you have vision insurance, simply bring your coverage information so that we can attempt to directly bill your insurance for your eye exam and/or glasses/contact lenses.
